Demam remiten (demam naik-turun) yang membandel, disertai gangguan empedu; linu panggul (siatika); rematik. Sembelit (konstipasi) pada anak-anak.

Bilious and obstinate remittent fever; sciatica; rheumatism. Constipation of children.

Cemas dan gelisah; sakit kepala dengan nyeri tumpul. Lidah berselaput.

Anxious and restless; dull headache. Tongue coated.

Sensasi panas terbakar, membaik dengan kompres dingin. Haus, membaik setelah muntah.

Burning sensation, better cold application. Thirst, better vomiting.

Hati nyeri bila ditekan. Feses banyak bercampur empedu, disertai mual. Sembelit.

Tenderness of liver. Profuse, bilious stool, with nausea. Constipation.

Haus, sebelum dan selama tahap menggigil dan tahap panas; membaik dengan muntah pada akhir tahap menggigil; keringat tidak menonjol.

Thirst, before and during chill and heat; better vomiting as close of chill; sweat no marked.
